The Mobile Computing Best Practices Audit provides an
in-depth analysis of your current Mobile Infrastructure.
Over the course of 3-5 days, a Principle Consultant gains
an understanding of your business process requirements
and reviews each component of your current solution including
an examination of your network infrastructure and supporting
systems.
While onsite, we will conduct meetings with owners of
Business Functions and Technical Infrastructures to discuss
and document the following components:

Current System Design
Mobile Network Infrastructure
Future Business Requirements and planned Infrastructure
changes
The resulting Assessment Report will rate the overall
