You can run LiveConnect either as a SaaS (Software as a Service) Application on our servers or as an application behind your firewall.

If you want to run it as a SaaS application, you will need at least one Windows platform to run the Administrator. It needs to be at least Windows XP Professional with .NET 3.5 installed, but preferably a later version of Windows. It can run on either a server or workstation. Additionally since the Administrator is mostly graphical, it is preferable to have a 21" monitor or larger attached.

Windows clients require at least Windows XP with .NET 3.5.

Pushdox can be integrated within LiveConnect or can be run as a separate application.

If you want to run it inside your firewall, we require at least one IIS web server and one database server. We support either SQL Server, Oracle or Firebird databases.

For redundancy or for larger installations, you can add additional web servers, which generally are fronted by a load balancer.

For installations inside your firewall, we suggest you contact our senior support staff to discuss your requirements and let us provide you with a realistic estimate.
